The Beginning of the Journey

Batara Group took its first step through PD Batara Surya by opening its first building materials store in Pinangsia. To this day, the store remains operational, serving as a historic witness to the company’s long and successful journey.

Transformation into PT Batara Surya Semesta

As the business continued to grow rapidly, the company officially transformed into PT Batara Surya Semesta. The headquarters was established in the Delta Building, serving as a central hub for larger and more professional business development.

The Birth of the First Subsidiary

To expand its market reach, PT Batara Unggul Material Indonesia was officially established. This subsidiary focuses on retail distribution and strengthens the company’s position in the building materials industry.

Expansion into East Java

Strategic expansion steps were taken through the establishment of PT BSS Products Distribution, expanding the distribution network to the East Java region.

Strengthening the Network in Central Java

The company further expanded its operations by establishing PT BSS Material Products to broaden distribution coverage in the Central Java region.
